50 minute dive into how patterns of emotions are interfering with the potential of the present.
The session includes:
– Emotional mapping of present limitations,
– Spiritual analysis and links,
– Tarot card support reading,
– Energetic releases through guided pressure points and breathwork
– Integration and grounding tasks for what has moved.
My sessions are one on one live online and are aimed at leading you with resolving deep loops and addressing the issues you share and unknown underlying material that is ready to come to light.
I am a practitioner of multiple modalities which are blended in session, including training in holistic counselling, meditation teaching and The Spiral journey. These sessions are here to support intentional transformation.
