I’ve ordered online. How long does shipping usually take?
For international orders, 2-4 weeks depending on your country and for domestic Australian orders you should receive your parcel within 7 days. Dispatch days are usually Thursday/ Friday so bare this in mind when ordering and add an express postage upgrade to your order if you need one.
I’m interested in a specific crystal. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, but only for existing Spiral Soul Seed customers.
Due to the intentional nature of this creative work, the extra communication back and forth with custom makes, and the very few incidences of people ghosting on their orders in the past, it is our policy that we only do custom necklaces from scratch for customers that are known to us and have supported the business already.
I have seen products at your stall that you don’t have online. Can I still get them?
Yes. Message my socials anytime about things you have seen in person and I can see if I have what you need. Or better yet, come to another event and grab it there!
Can you custom wrap a personal/sentimental crystal or item of mine?
If you are in Australia, we can wrap your personal crystals!
Personal crystal binds can take up to 8 weeks to complete.
To enquire about your piece, message us on instagram to express your interest and we will request a video of your crystal to confirm that we can bind it.
Depending on the design you desire, the cost will vary but will naturally land between $60-$100 for our signature styles and postage costs.
Can I wear my necklace in the water?
As my necklaces are mostly made with stringwork and leather, it is best not to douse your stone in water. The knot work is very strong and will last years, and the occasional gentle swim or shower wont hurt the binding in an immediate way, however the leather will change with regular water absorption and can deteriorate. If this happens you are more than welcome to contact me for repairs.
Importantly too, check your specific crystal type is not water sensitive. Particular to note are Selenite and Lepidolite, their crystal structures are very water sensitive and should never be submerged.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available through Paypal pay in 4 on our website, and through Klarna on Etsy.
